We were proud to be engaged at the design stage for this landmark project. The brief was to provide a full upgrade of the existing kitchen

 

The kitchen design was spread over 2 years both refining and waiting for the right time to take this landmark restaurant off the market.

 

Working in conjunction with Calida on a tight construction program. Both the construction and design teams overcame several challenges presented in the course of the 8 weeks. Include a new exhaust hood mid-project with a lead time of 4 weeks 

 

The final result was impressive that will allow Matt, Ben and their team to deliver  culinary  experiences for another 17 years
